Q.Why should I choose Hazlemere Private Hire?
A.At Hazlemere Private Hire, the safety and wellbeing of customers is paramount. Customers receive a confirmation call 10 minutes ahead of arrival so that they can relax in the knowledge that their car is coming and avoid any unnecessary delays or waiting time.
The Company ensures that its drivers are trained and vetted and are driving fully maintained and insured vehicles. The Company is also Council approved.
Q.How do I know if my cab is running late?
A.On the rare occasions that this happens, Hazlemere Private Hire contacts the customer by phone or text 5 minutes before the pick up time. By doing so, the customer can stay where they are and avoid unnecessary waiting outside.
In the extremely unlikely event that your taxi could not reach you for any reason, Hazlemere Private Hire would make alternative arrangements for you so that you were not left stranded. The Company’s care and attention lies at the heart of its success and it would do everything in its power to ensure you receive a safe journey home.
Q.What happens if I turn up late?
A.The Company works to a 15 minute pick up window and will wait for this period of time for its customers. After 15 minutes you would need to pay an additional waiting charge.
Q.What do you charge for the 6 or 7 seater vehicles?
A.You will be charged at Hazlemere Private Hire’s standard advertised rates. Prices are charged for the vehicle and not per passenger. Should six passengers be travelling with luggage then the Company reserves the right to charge for use of its trailer in the interests of passenger safety.

Q.How much space do you have available for luggage?
A.There is plenty of boot space for hand and travel luggage. A trailer is available at a small additional charge should you have more luggage than is safe to carry on board.
Q.How does your ‘meet and greet’ service work?
A.When you book your car you provide all details of pick up times, terminal and flight details. Hazlemere Private Hire will check the flight details before leaving in case there has been a delay, thus avoiding any unnecessary waiting time. Once at the airport, the driver will stand at the designated meeting point holding a branded card clearly displaying the passenger’s name. The driver will then assist the passenger with their luggage back to the car. The first 30 minutes waiting time is free. Thereafter there is a waiting charge of £3 plus parking for each 15 minutes.

Q.How does my Company set up an account with you?
A.Your company will need to complete and return a registration form to Hazlemere Private Hire who would then need to carry out some standard credit checks on your business. Assuming the results of these checks were satisfactory, your account would then be set up, allowing employees and visitors fares to be charged back to your company to be settled monthly.
Q.How does my Company settle its account?
A.Hazlemere Private Hire invoices its business accounts monthly. Your business then has 30 days to pay the invoice.
